  • Contains space for more than 40 vehicles
  • A dump station is located in front of the Bearstooth Dining Hall

Rates

BMCR uses the following base rates to calculate the per person charge for groups that stay in our lodges & for those who provide their own housing. Discounted and off-season rates are available for the groups that choose to stay exclusively in our Miner Cabins. The per person rate can be calculated using the meal & lodging rates. BMCR reserves the right to alter these charges on a per group basis based on the specific needs of the group. The Day Rate applies only to groups coming for a day (no nights).

Activities

BMCR offers the following activities for groups to rent for the day or during an overnight stay. The pricing is not included in the meal & lodging rate. Activities are figured into the final invoice after the group has departed BMCR. Some activities are seasonal and are available only when certain conditions exist; i.e., staff availability, weather conditions, etc. The swimming pool is available if Guest Groups have qualified personnel (CPR is a minimum requirement to oversee the pool).

Please avoid scheduling activities on Sundays.

Archery Range & Equipment $55 per 2 hour session
.22 rifles & Ammunition $85 per 2 hour session
Skeet or Trap $15/person for 25 shells & 25 birds
Sporting Clays $25/person for 50 shells & 50 birds (Seasonal)
5-Stand $3 gun rental fee per person & 25 rounds
Zip-Line, Climbing Wall & Mountain Boards $75 per activity for a two hour session
Low Ropes Course $65 per 2 hour session (max of 30 people per session)
Horse Trail Rides
  • $120 for a 1 hour session of up to 10 people(dependant on the # of horses available)
  • Riders must be 8 or older
  • One person per horse
Paintball & Equipment
  • $10 per person for 100 rounds
  • $5 per additional 100 rounds
  • Fees apply for each session
  • Must be at least 8 years old
  • Temp. must be above 50 degrees.
Minature Golf No charge (seasonal)
Swimming Pool, Pond, Volleyball, Basketball, Horseshoes, Inner Tubes (for sledding) & Softball field No charge (seasonal)

Weddings

BMCR has a beautiful setting for weddings with views that will take your breath away! Whether your guests plan to stay for the day or the weekend, we offer options to suit all of your needs.

  • Ceremony Options:
  • Outside on a grassy open area on our property.
  • Inside our spacious dining hall with incredible mountain views. Has a maximum capacity of 400 people.
  • Catering:
  • BMCR is committed to providing delicious meals with excellence. Our talented Food Service staff are available to cook for your rehearsal dinner, reception and overnight guests.
  • BMCR's commercial kitchen is not available for use by non-staff members (i.e., caterers, guests, family of guests, etc.), however; guest groups are permitted to bring the wedding cake that has been made off the premises to BMCR.
  • Pricing Examples (prices are subject to change)
  • Rehearsal Dinner: $12 per person with Chicken Alfredo or a similar meal as the entree.
  • Reception: $15 per person with Prime Rib or a similar meal as the entree. This price includes the facility charge for the ceremony and the reception at a 100 person/plate minimum.
  • Facility Charge: $500 to use our facilities for the ceremony with a cake and punch reception only.
